Cleveland Lead Inspection Process & Timeline
Understand the usual path from scheduling to the site visit, laboratory work when applicable, and report delivery. Timing varies with service scope and property access.
Your Inspection Timeline
Schedule (Day 1)
Call or fill out our contact form. We confirm scope, answer questions, and book a date that works for your tenants.
Site Visit (Days 2–3)
An Ohio-licensed lead risk assessor visits the property. Typical visit time depends on size, units, and selected scope. The scope may include visual assessment, sampling, and testing as applicable.
Lab Analysis (Days 3–10)
Samples ship to an accredited lab the same day. Standard processing takes 5–7 business days. Rush options are available when you need results faster.
Report & Next Steps (Days 14–21)
You receive a detailed report with photographs, observations, and sampling or test records as applicable. Reports are organized around current City and Ohio requirements; the City independently reviews submissions.
